If you like culture jamming, pie fights, riot porn, and hate george w bush with a passion, you'll love the Lost Film Fest. It's a traveling festival of truly independent/ anti-authoritarian/ anticorporate/ grassroots/ DIY media hosted by Scott Beibin (Bloodlink Records, Evil Twin Booking). Lost Film Fest is a laugh-a-riot event heavy emphasis on both “laugh” and “riot) focusing on pranks against major corporations, and government institutions. The West Philadelphia based roadshow takes the Michael Moore shtick to the next level by incorporating a sexy, smash-it up, radical anti-capitalist / anti-globalization perspective. Truly “Too Hot For TV” since 1999, the LFF has featured scathing and hilarious social commentary in the form of narrative shorts, documented pranks, hot amateur protest footage, and re-contextualizations. This is about smashing the illusions cast by Hollywood, The Pentagon & FOXNEWS.

The unique program is an action packed 3 hours long, and never drags. Beibin who tours with the films spins them in the same way a DJ spins records, and narrates with amusing anecdotes and behind the scenes information. Sporting a strong guerrilla aesthetic, Lost Film Fest regularly appears at theatres and universities, but Its' indigenous environs are squats, clubs, warehouses, political convergences, & rooftops.

Some of the films in the Lost Film Fest program include:

The Horribly Stupid Stunt: (THE YES MEN) 16 mins: Posing as the WTO, the yes men infiltrate a high profile international trade meeting ending with hilarious results.
Gringothon (Gregory Berger) 10 Mins: A gringo living in Mexico attempts to raise a guerrilla army to oust Bush.
GI JOE PSA's (Eric Fensler) | 10 Mins: Absurd re-mixes of GIJOE psa’s. “Mr. Body Massage Machine..Go!”
NAFTA Dance (evolution control committee) 4 mins: Karaoke by the folks who created “Rocked by Rape”.
Terror, Iraq, Weapons | (Mike Nourse) 3 min: A cut-up of a Bush speech correctly re-contextualized.
And many more: Check out for a small sampling of the films.

"Spectre en Vue" CD
(Bloodlink Records / Maloka (France))

ROBOTNICKA's sound is a throw-your-toaster in the bathtub shock of beeps, hilarity, shrieks, and chants fronted by chanteuse CECILE GOUBET. Di$co-SyNTh-R!OT-PuNk hailing from Dijon France, ROBOTNICKA is the soundtrack to a revolution won by mischief, pranks, bombs, and
laughing gas grenades. This is the singalong dancetrack to the fall of corporate empires and fascist governments. With technology designed to destroy technology, and robots to destroy robots, their instruments act as weapons, implements of sure doom for politicians and CEO's, the
countdown to the surprises planted in the hallways of congress, the white house, and parliament buildings, with the getaway music and victory makeouts in a dumpster to boot.

This is not just a burning effigy of the Bush administration. It's an exploding rocket blazing across the dancefloor, singeing the powdery bones and leathery carcasses of multinational corporations. Chase scenes, shrieks, viggy sound effects, hyperactive and manic, bleeps and spastic fluid backtracking. Throw DEVO, LE TIGRE, and HIS HERO IS GONE in a blender and set for puree..after liquified into post industrial everything, splatter it on the ashes of the past and prepare to embrace the new century with a breath of fire..FUCK YEAH!
