I know the feeling of being arrested and abused. I was recently arrested in Mobile Alabama for simply trying to enter an open city council meeting.
There are laws to protect us but they are ignored. America needs a saving grave, one with steel in her teeth and fire in her eyes.
Our country is quickly becoming just another 3rd world state of oppression.
Best of luck on obtaining the release of the person in jail. The best bet, flee to Canada or perhaps Europe or where-ever they will have you that is not in the 3rd world, the USA, or Russia.
