Three Steps to Deter Martial Law in America This Year

With both summer political conventions scheduled to be held over railroad
stations, rich opportunities exist for further Madrid-style “terrorist
incidents” leading to a Bush Administration imposition of martial law in the
U.S.

Now is the time for citizens to exert counter-initiatives:
