Oakland's NCPC Brown Shirts are looking for new snitches to spy on Oakland's neighborhoods.

When: March 18 @ 6:30pm
Where: F.M. Smith Recreation Center
@ 1969 Park Blvd.
The March 18 meeting plans to cover their new Bylaws for the 17x Community Policing Beat and election of new officers for the coming year. They encourage your participation in this process, and want your involvement in using surveillance & snitch tactics to spy on Oakland's neighborhoods.
The community is urged to infiltrate the NCPC meeting & take pictures of their members or tape record their meetings. Spy on the spies!
The NCPC strutted their stuff at the March 16 City Council NEO vote & bitterly complained about Oaklander's that were fighting back when they discovered that the NCPC members were spying on their neighborhoods.
The NEO depends on NCPC members to spy on Oakland's neighborhoods, and to snitch on their neighbors.
