the BLF usually takes time and care in altering their boards in a way that doesnt destroy or malign the boards(ie rip up the board) in any way, not to mention the fact that the font-work of the alterations are always consistent with the balance of the text...
a) the blf doesnt have an exclusive right to determine what a billboard lib is.
b) the board is at ground level. if its the one im thinking of, the board was fucked up before the liberators got there.
c) font matching? look at the BLF site and you tell me how well their fonts matched. not every one of the jobs was 100%.
