Green Design 2004, the fourth annual Green Design Expo event at Cañada College, will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 3. This year’s expo will promote thoughtful, sustainable home design among both professionals and laypeople and provide educational opportunities for those seeking a “green” lifestyle.

Tickets are $17 at the door. The campus is located at 4200 Farm Hill Blvd in Redwood City, CA.
Sponsored by the Cañada College student chapter of the American Society for Interior Design (ASID), Green Design 2004 will feature the following speakers and topics:
• Noel Cross, an architect featured on TV’s Evening Magazine will discuss green building projects.
• Linda Lenore, Feng Shui master and author, will discuss Feng Shui and your environment.
• Lisa Van Cleef, a landscape designer featured on Home and Garden Television, will provide information on organic gardening.
• Carol Tanzi, the “Goddess of Garbage”, will discuss re-using old products.
• Graham Thiel, designer and builder, will conduct a workshop on building with reclaimed materials.
The expo will feature panel discussions on kitchen design using green materials, how to source green products, and a presentation on hidden villa.
