Job Announcement
Position: Information and Referral Specialist
Regular and Temporary Part-Time Positions Available

Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Community Programs greet and provide information and referrals to all visitors of The Center regarding: Center programs, events held in the building, tenant organizations, local business and external resources benefiting the LGBT community.


Position: Youth Program Coordinator
Regular/Full – Time

Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Community Programs develops and implements innovative programming for The Center’s Youth Space.


JOB TITLE: Director Development and Marketing
Regular/Full Time

GENERAL SUMMARY: The Director of Development and Marketing is responsible for the development and management of all of The Center’s marketing, communications and private and public fundraising programs for the annual operating budget. These include strategic planning, public relations, major gifts programs, and corporate solicitations, including cause-related marketing programs, planned giving, direct mail, telephone campaigns and distribution and sale of specialized products. The Director of Development supervises the Special Events Associate and the Donor Relations Coordinator.


JOB TITLE:Director of Economic Development Programs
Regular/Full-Time

GENERAL SUMMARY: This position has overall responsibility for Economic Development Program, including program development, staffing, budget, and outreach. The Director of Economic Development Programs supervises the Workforce Development Coordinator.


JOB TITLE: Manager of Institutional Giving and Communications
Regular/Full-Time

GENERAL SUMMARY: The Manager of Institutional Giving and Communications is the principle grant writer for The Center and will prepare both operating and capital grant proposals. The Manager of Institutional Giving and Communications will be responsible for managing the entire grant process, from prospect research to final reports.


JOB TITLE: Donor Relationship Coordinator
Regular/Part Time

GENERAL SUMMARY: The Donor Relation Coordinator is The Center’s first line of contact for individual donors seeking to donate by phone, or to get information about their giving history. The Coordinator administers all ongoing correspondence with individual donors, and has primary responsibility for maintaining the donor database, inputting and retrieving donation data and ensuring the accuracy of the donor database.
