Bound Together Books is looking for new members/volunteers

We are a collectively owned and all-volunteer bookstore. We also organize the annual Bay Area Anarchist Bookfair in the Spring, and serve as the mailing address of the Prisoners' Literature Project. Bound Together first opened in 1976 (while some of us were busy growing up) and we've been going strong ever since.

Bound Together Bookstore is located in San Francisco's Haight Ashbury District. We carry a wide range of radical and independent titles.

Why join the collective?

- You get to work with a long-running, (in)famous and diverse anarchist collective;

- You get to meet a wide variety of customers and help spread anarchist publications across the world;

and, dear anarchist,
- You get a fabulous discount on stock.

Basic guidelines for membership:

- please have a decent understanding of anarchist theory and practice, and a desire to spread this information;

- be committed to membership in the collective (for more than a few months);

- be approachable and be able to communicate easily with the public.
