Inconceivable to most North Americans, four Presidents of Argentina were taken down in a couple of weeks. The international crisis of the capitalist economy is threatening the workers in the semi-colonies with unemployment, starvation and austerity plans -- but the workers are resisting valiantly in uneven battles.
