Join New College Faculty Richard Heinberg for a talk and reading from his book-in-progress, "The Party's Over: Oil, War, and the Fate of Industrial Societies" [New Society, 2003]. Journalist, educator, editor, lecturer, and musician, Richard has lectured widely, appearing on national radio and television in 5 countries. His monthly MuseLetter has been included in Utne Reader's annual list of Best Alternative Newsletters. He is the author of 4 books, the most recent being Cloning the Buddha: The Moral Impact of Biotechnology [1998].
