Protest in Front of the Oakland Tribune in solidarity with the Palestinian people Tuesday, April 23rd at Noon- Join a Legal Die-In representing the oppression of the Palestinian people onthe sidewalk in front of the Trib. Dress accordingly, do not bring realblood. You can also participate as a bystander who opposes U.S. funding forthe IDF and the occupation. . we demand that the Media cease its fake "balanced" reporting and providethe same full coverage that people in England and Europe receive of thedestruction of life and the social and political infrastructure ofPalestinian society in the occupied territories . we demand that the U.S. cease its role of backing Israeli colonialism andviolence politically, financially and with weaponry . we demand that the U.S. support UN intervention as proposed by the UNSecretary General to protect the Palestinian people. This demonstration is in response to the Trib's blaming Arafat and thePalestinian people for Israel's murderous attacks on civilian centers in theoccupied territories, and to protest media disinformation on Palestine.
