The coalition is meeting at First Christian Church, 1035 Indiana Street, Vallejo. From I-80, take Tennessee exit and go west toward Mare Island. Turn right on Colusa. The church faces Colusa.

Solano Peace and Justice Coalition Meeting On Thursday, October 4th, The Solano Peace and Justice Coalition met for the second time at First Baptist Church and adopted six “Principles of Unity.” Their next meeting will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 11th at First Christian Church in Vallejo. First Christian Church is located at 1035 Indiana Street which is one block north of Tennessee facing Colusa. The public is invited to attend. The Solano Peace and Justice Coalition mourns the victims and condemns the attacks of September 11th but also opposes anti-Arab, anti-Muslim, anti-immigrant and all forms of racial, ethnic and religious violence and bigotry. This group is supportive of bringing the perpetrators of terrorism to justice through established principles of international law as an alternative to war. They support justice but not vengeance. To hear more about this new Solano County group and their “Principles of Unity” please attend the next meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 11th at 1035 Indiana Street in Vallejo.
