The Hispanic Empowerment Association of Roseville (HEAR) invites middle-and high-school students to the 3rd annual Cesar Chavez Leadership Conference with keynote Speaker and UC Regent Dolores Huerta. Highlights include a performance by Kaiser's "Secrets" Play, workshops with community leaders about their vocations, an embrace the legacy walk to honor Cesar Chavez and free breakfast and lunch.
