Come hear about counterinsurgency in Guatemala,

the School of the Americas

and the work of HIJOS Guatemala.

HIJOS Guatemala is a collective of youth who have been effected by the armed conflict that uses social change art to educated about the history of injustice and create proposals for change.  The School of the Americas is a US military academy that has trained the majority of military elites in Latin America in repressive counterinsurgency techniques.
