Conversation with a Living Legend: Elizabeth Eckford

On September 4th, 1957 Elizabeth Eckford and eight other African-American students attempted to enter Little Rock Central High School, a school that previously had only accepted white children. Why did Elizabeth step forward to perform that enormous act of courage, and how did it change the nation, and her life? All proceeds will go to a special fund set up so that low-income students can participate in Sojourn's journeys to the south to study the Civil Rights Movement.
