Two years after East Timor's historic vote for independence from Indonesia, hear author and activist Matthew Jardine discuss the campaign for an international tribunal on war crimes in East Timor, and the state of East Timorese refugees still trapped in West Timor. Matthew, who recently spent two months working with activists in the newly independent country, will also screen excerpts from several recent documentaries on developments in East Timor. Celebrate the 21st anniversary of Suharto's pre-invasion meeting with Henry Kissinger and Gerald Ford by supporting independent East Timor. $5-$10, no one turned away due to lack of funds, as long as you really don't have it.
