Most importantly, he will outline how grassroots activist can and should challenge these plans. Lichterman is the Program Director of Western States Legal Foundation, a non-profit public interest organization which monitors and analyzes U.S. nuclear weapons programs and policies and related high technology energy and weapons programs, with a focus on the national nuclear weapons laboratories. The program will be broadcast live on Community Cable Channel 28 and rebroadcast throughout the month: Wednesdays at 11:05 pm on Channel 28 and Sundays at 12:30 pm on Channel 27.
