The Liberty Cabbage Theatre Revival presents... OILIGARCHY : A tragic comedy about love, loss, and addiction The New England based performance collective, Liberty Cabbage Theatre Revival, is touring CA and OR in a biodiesel-powered-vehicle with their newest show Oiligarchy. The show includes puppetry, poetry, slides and music about petroleum - petroleum history, its alternatives, and specifically highlighting the relationship between U.S. oil consumption, patriarchy, and war. The show concludes with alternatives to the current social and political crisis, including biodiesel, hydrogen power, bicycle lanes, improved public transportation, direct democracy and global resistance movements.
