Friday night public talk and weekend program exploring spirituality, social action, and peacemaking. Friday night's special guest include: Alan Senauke from the Buddhist Peace Fellowship, Sister Carmen Barsody fromthe Faithful Fools, and sufi teacher/activist Elias Amidon. Bernie Glassman has been at the forefront of integrating spirituality and peacemaking. He is cofounder of the multi-faith Peacemaker Community which connects, trains, and empowers peace activists around the world. Weekend training program will explore fresh approaches to peacemaking grounded in the world's diverse wisdom traditions. Paritial scholarships available for the weekend program upon request.
