Proposed health cuts: ** elimination of adult dental care ** elimination of mental health day treatment ** elimination of most substance abuse treatment ** closeure of Mental Health Rehab Facility for sub-acute care ** closure of OMI Family Center for mental health ** elimination of SF General Hospital Patient Referral and half of translators ** cutting homeless and child protection services ** contracting out Jail Health Services to private company Sponsored by SAVE PUBLIC HEALTH.
