Women's Self Defense Class!

Bernal Defense! Why not spend some time this Saturday (or every Saturday) learning practical techniques for "real life" defense. The class is fun, empowering and open to all women and trannies of all abilities ages 17yrs and up. Se Habla Espanol. Instructor has trained in Tae Kwon Do and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and has taught women's self defense courses in the States and Central America! Stop by to see what it's all about! Meet other badass women and get some exercise! Drops in welcome. Classes are $14 per class, 5 classes for $60 or 10 classes for $100. Reduced rates available for low-income. See you on Saturday!
