11 am - Gather at Roosevelt Park (East Santa Clara & North 19th St. 12 p.m.- March, 1 pm- Rally at Cesar Chavez Plaza (Market between San Fernando and San Carlos (route is 1.4 miles in downtown San Jose)

March and Rally against the war on the day that millions around the world are protesting an attack on Iraq (then protrest Sunday in SF). Bring your signs and banners, become a volunteer, endorse the event, have your own table a t the rally. There will be music, poetry & speakers from the community. Parking is available at Roosevely Park and the surrounding area. You can also park for free near Cesar Chavez Park at 1st & San Fernando, 2nd & Park, #rd & San Carlos, 3rd & St. James and take the #22 bus up Santa Clara to 19th St. You can also take the Light Rail to 1st St and take the #22 bus up Santa Clara to get back to Roosevelt Park.
