Join with people in the local and global community for an observance of International Human Rights Day and re-commit to action. Look at the role of US policies on communities worldwide; Promot International Human Rights of Children and Women; Bring the 'Marginal' voices into the 'Center', where policies are made; Intervene effectively towards social justice and accountability; Build stronger alliances and strategies to shift the way we live in the world. There will be presentations and breakout sessions for discussion and strategizing for collective and individual action. (Suggested donation of $5-10, No one will be turned away for lack of funds).
