Reperations must be paid to the famlies of White soldiers who fought and died to free slaves

Not just for blacks!

Reperations must be paid to all white americans who had family that fought to free slaves!

the civil war was fought to preserve the union.
The emancipation proclaimation only applied in "rebel" territory.
Therefore, your shit is false.
(in retrospect, reconstruction would have been better with some voting rights enforcement, but i can't help but think that we'd be better off if the south had only gotten 1 senator per state after the civil war. at least for a while.)
