The 10 Steps to Freedom and Prosperity: The Truth About Courtrooms, Cash and Credit

At this point in history, foreclosures loom for many, jobs are unavailable, jails are booming business, consumer debt continues to increase, the courts do administrative business, and many people are engaged in fighting financial destitution. Financial insecurity is not to be cured by finding a job and working more hours. We are no longer in the 1950's. The people must do the research and take action to preserve our freedom and the schools must improve their history lessons. Accepting what we are told by the powers that be is an agreement to be placed into the slavery of the government.



If you do the research, you will find the threads of information being compiled and cited over the Internet. During the 1930's America became bankrupt and President Roosevelt instructed the people to turn in their gold and silver, and the land was owed by the state. Since that time there has been no money substance, but only a faith that sometime in the future our money will be backed by substance. Federal Reserve Notes that we call "cash" are really promissory notes, meaning they are only promises to pay.



The IRS was created as the collections agency for the bankers so that the people would be threatened into paying back the national debt created within the 10 square miles of Washington DC. This debt has been placed upon the backs of the people ever since and is why we now pay all sorts of taxes. Because the public does not know that we are not liable for the debt, we keep paying. We are told that we are required to pay for licenses for professional work and to drive our cars. We are told we must complete 1040 tax forms, W-4 forms and use our social security numbers on almost any application we fill out. This is the operation of stealth government that shadows and controls the people to rob us of our life's savings produced by our sweat as we go to work every day. With the correct information and by holding a mindset of being natural men and women, we can throw off the yoke of the government and bankers and live the free life as designed by our forefathers.



The government has forced us into debt, bankruptcy, and foreclosure and has told us a convoluted web of lies to feed its appetite and to pay back the slave master bankers who control this country. It's no wonder almost everyone you know must have a second job and has probably already declared at least one bankruptcy.



We have been deceived. We have been lied to and we have been robbed. The whole picture about debt and credit in this country has been deceitfully reversed. We, in fact, are the creditors and extend our own credit to the bankers. Without us they could do no business. We have been led to believe that the banks extend credit to us. The culprits of this lie are the bankers and the government who work together to rob the people in acts of commercial warfare. Our representatives feign helplessness as they maneuver more ways to collect from us. The judiciary assesses our assets and then helps itself to our children and property under threats and duress. Our executive branch secretly carries out its plan to control the world. There are really two forms of government in our country running side by side; the common law government and the government of commerce. However, this view does not to mention the unlawfulness going on in government.



The common law government refers to the people as being free and is based upon common sense. When our country became bankrupt, commerce was a way to trick the people into paying off the national debt in a variety of ways. The people were told they were the debtors and that the bankers were the creditors. This is the exact opposite of the truth. In reality, because there was no longer any gold or silver backing our money, we went to fiat money that is backed by our faith. By an act of Congress, HJR 192 of June 5, 1933 instructed that since the people had no money, that all our debts would be paid dollar for dollar by the U.S. Treasury so that the people could not be legally bound to pay. The people were to use promissory notes, bills of exchange or bonds to discharge their debt. This little known act of Congress would save our people from losing their homes, but instead the government and banks double dip and collect interest off of the people's financial devastation. This should be an outrage to the public.



An acceptance of learning new ways of being and changing our whole perspective about who we are as Americans requires courage, learning, tenacity, and a demand for freedom that many people turn away from. The safety of the known civilian society, however abusive and neglectful of the people, is often more comfortable for the general public to swallow rather than to waking up to the reality of an aggressive government that hurts us and incapacitates us from finding the freedom promised us by our U.S. Constitution. The mainstream media plays an important role in perpetuating the myth of the American Dream. We are conditioned to believe that we can rely on the government to work for the best interests of the American people, that the courts are promoting justice, and that we are a free society. But we are anything but a free society. Our Constitution and bill of rights has become a wall fixture in some room to remind us of men who wrote with quills and wore funny clothes.



The United States of America is a corporation, not a country. You and I are representative of our assigned fictional corporate status that allows the courts and banks to drag us in to commercial business without our knowledge or consent. Your name, from birth, is automatically converted into all capital letters on all your identification, the same as the title of any business or governmental entity. The problem is that we individually are not corporations. You are no longer treated as the flesh and blood man or woman protected under common law and referred to by our Constitution. The result is that we are played as pawns on an assembly line that we don't understand and are not informed of.



Our courtrooms have become boardrooms but the public is still hypnotized into believing that a black robe signifies an honest person of integrity that is interested in upholding justice for all who come into their courtrooms. The truth is that there is no justice to be found in our courtrooms because the laws are not being followed or upheld. We are dealt with as corporate fictional entities that allow the courts to deal with us in commerce. Due process rights violations are the course of the day, and naïve litigants are run over by strong-arm tyranny that goes unchecked. Court litigants are robbed of their children, property, bank accounts, employment and of their health. The public is unaware until they themselves are gripped in the clutches of the web of deceit, fraud and hostility of the judicial machine.



We must learn what's happening to us and not look to the government to tell us, as they will not. We are only needed by government to have the life squeezed out of us to support the government and bankers and to comply with their wishes. This is where research and reading of the law is paramount for our survival as people, as families and as a free country.



To be responsible adults and to ensure our freedom we have to learn the laws of our country and take action over the government ourselves to hold government in check. To leave this to someone else is to allow our lives to be swallowed up by high interest rates, taxes, foreclosures and bankruptcies and other encroachments on the fruits of our labor. We will never get ahead financially by holding a passive personal psychology and taking no action civically.



For example, learning about the requirement of licenses to perform professional work or to drive our private passenger cars are control mechanisms because they can be revoked if we are thought to need controlling or punishment. Researching laws about driver's licenses produces information that only commercial drivers need licenses, and that fees resulting from our driver's licenses bring in revenue for our hungry bureaucracy.



Passage of the Judicial Accountability Initiative Law (J.A.I.L.) would pressure judges to abide by the laws of our country and to treat us as natural persons in Constitutional courts. Do not confuse this with a copycat statewide grand jury initiative created by a local tax group that would lead the public over a cliff. J.A.I.L. can be found online at http://www.JAIL4Judges.org and is the only statewide grand jury initiative that would not involve judges or any governmental entities and would enable the public to judge whether the judges were doing their jobs correctly. Without judicial accountability there is no justice.



Already the military is being trained to take over the jurisdiction of the local elected law enforcement in different parts of the country, and mock disasters are being staged to psychologically scare and prepare the people to turn over their freedom in order to be kept safe from "terrorists". Our enemies are manufactured deliberately so that the people will be incrementally controlled and eventually routed into camps to live. How dare we populate the earth and use the natural resources. The world will be controlled by the one world order unless the people around the world decide to be free.



This brief introduction into the farcical nature of the money system and government is a starting point for the public to learn how to get free of the tyranny that hobbles them. We can only go on what information we have, and if it is the wrong information we can easily be controlled and injured. There is no knight in shining armor that will come to rescue us; we must rescue ourselves.



We need recovery for ourselves to gain lives of prosperity. We may call this recovery from the denial of our slave status, and recovery would be living in a free society. We must awaken to the nightmare before us, and together find the courage to change things. But first we must have the willingness to change ourselves, our beliefs and perspectives, and accept a complete paradigm shift about who we are in America and where we stand concerning the government.



The ten suggested steps to freedom and prosperity are as follows:



1. Read the California and U.S. Constitution by going to your local representative's office and asking for a free paperback copy.

2. Research who the Constitution is to hold in check, the people or the government. Understand who the Constitution was written for and why.

3. Do an Internet search on the word "Redemption". Get familiar with terms such as UCC, public policy, HJR 192, negotiable instruments, acceptance for value and return for closure, secured party, third party, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, unilateral contracts, common law, free sovereign and the straw man.

4. Make a decision about who is to live your life, you or someone/something else?

5. Spend time sitting in courtrooms as an observer to see what goes on. Take notes, and do searches on terminology that you are unfamiliar with at sites such as http://www.findlaw.com. Reflect upon what you witnessed in the court to decide whether both sides had been treated fairly and whether the judge seemed knowledgeable about the law and about what was being said. Research any laws that were referred to, if any.

6. Ask yourself if you are doing as well as you would like to be doing in business or employment.

7. Write letters questioning the various government departments about the quality of life in your area and analyze whether they answered your questions satisfactorily.

8. Become a detective about how money is created and used in this country. Research who controls the money, how money is created and what real value it holds.

9. Research the IRS and decide if you should fill out a 1040 form, a 1041 form, and a W-4 form. Learn about whether social security is a voluntary program or not and what laws these forms are based upon. See if you can find where paying taxes and the IRS is referred to in the U.S. Constitution.

10. Create a mindset of independence from government. Trust your feelings and judgment about things. Envision the life you would love to live and create the feeling that you already have it. Decide what life you deserve to have and live with the courage and tenacity to obtain it. Talk to others about what you are learning and invite them to work the Ten Steps to Freedom and Prosperity also.



At this point you can make the choice to create freedom and prosperity in your life by starting the journey as outlined above or you can continue to trudge the confused, impotent, stressed, fearful life that the masters dictate to you. Once you realize that you are not living as a free man or woman, you can begin to understand who your masters are and how conditioning has reduced us to the compliant slaves that we are. We can stop paying someone else's debt and remove the shackles that bind us. Decide what your life is worth as a free human being and then go for it.
