Free Speech Attacked at SF Labor Rally

by Labor Family

On a pleasant, sunny Labor Day 2003 in San Francisco, we had an unusual event: a Labor Day picnic. However, what was missing was free speech for opponents of Democratic Party politicians, especially for the notorious, anti-labor, election-frauding thug, Willie Brown.

We had a grand time of excellent labor and folk song music from a labor chorus, labor troubador Jon Fromer, Linda Tillery and her excellent Cultural Heritage choir which sang in beautiful harmony music of the black community, and others.

Then, we had a strange sight at a labor rally, a member of management, the president of San Francisco State University, promoted the Labor Studies Program at SF State, instead of the labor professors promoting same. This same university president then introduced the illegal, anti-labor (he opposed our living wage initiative, all tenant initiatives, all public viewing "Sunshine" initiatives and all public energy initiatives to say the least), organized crime, election-frauding thug, "mayor" Willie Brown, who is not running for anything and has absolutely no reason to speak anywhere. He stood there in his hideous, organized crime garish suit while everyone else wore T-shirts, jeans and other casual clothing, saying nothing worthwhile.

A handful of people started to boo him and stopped. One continued for the entire speech, sitting on the lawn in the back, chanting "Boo, fascist, anti-labor, election-frauding thug!"

This is called free speech and at a political rally like a labor rally, it should certainly be expected.

It also should be respected at a public entity called Yerba Buena Center, paid for entirely by our tax dollars.

Yet, an 18-year-old thug from the "Yerba Buena Security" told the woman doing nothing more than chanting that she had to leave the park. This was grossly illegal and had better never happen again. All of you who work for the City of San Francisco had better read the Bill of Rights, starting with the First Amendment. If you do not support free speech, get off our payroll right now.

When Willie Brown shut up, the woman stopped chanting, got up and moved away from the goon, but did not leave the park for a long time. The goon was met by a woman member of the audience who led him away, hopefully lecturing him on the First Amendment.

Willie Brown would be run out of any workingclass community in San Francisco as he is justly hated by the workingclass of San Francisco. The fact that the labor fakers allowed him to say anything from the stage means they do not represent labor; they represent capital.

Willie Brown sits in office with 40% of the vote plus election fraud and now ha only 20% of the vote. Tom Ammiano won the 1999 mayor's race. This writer does not support any Democrats, but that is a fact. The election fraud was committed in the same manner and by the same parties as that committed on June 3, 1997, the 49er Stadium Swindle election, in which we voted 70% no on the stadium swindle, and the election fraud team changed it to 50.2% yes.

This same election fraud team then murdered our primary witness, Delores Evans, a pollworker, and 5 children, in a mysterious fire in her Housing Authority home, in Bayview Hunters Point, on December 13, 1997, just as she was supposed to testify as to the election fraud she witnessed as a pollworker in the election fraud lawsuit concerning that election, filed on December 3,1997. The fire inspector told the Hearst Examiner they could have escaped, but someone stopped them.

This story and all the rest of the election fraud is described at:
http://www.brasscheck.com/stadium

Do not tell me you never heard about this election fraud. You are herewith so advised. Please read all 150 pages of that website now.

The Election Fraud team of Willie Brown consisted of the labor bureaucrats who supported the stadium swindle (lots of labor union members actively opposed it), the Housing Authority, Nation of Islam, Charlie Walker, Amos Brown, Cecil Williams, Glide Church, TURF, A.Philip Randolph Institute, Walden House, the Democratic Central Committee, the Republican Central Committee and the Chamber of Commerce.

Electoral organizations opposing the 49er Stadium Swindle were the socialist Peace & Freedom Party, and the small business Green Party.

I suggest everyone who attends any political event at Yerba Buena Center exercise your right to free speech often so the thugs at that Center get the message: The First Amendment is honored in San Francisco.
