The only reason the ruling class has a police force is to spy on and attack the workingclass. There is certainly nothing worthwhile to do for the 2300 police in San Francisco. They cannot and do not stop crime; they often perpetrate and derive financial benefit from street crime. Street crime exists because of poverty. And all the street crime that exists in SF is not enough to keep 2300 cops busy. When they are not busy spying on the workingclass, they are busy guaranteeing election fraud for the ruling class.

This is clear evidence that a cop put a sticker on a notebook in their car, nothing more. Beyond that, hyterics and personal politics can only leap to further conclusions. If only the effort we have put into this mountain of mole hill was put to more productive affirs, we might get something done.

I think this cop might be on our side... I mean, that looks like a protest to me. Not all cops are mindless pigs, just some of them...

this is complete and total proof that the cops are out to get everyone. i once saw a cop who had a sticker on his ticket book that said, "go giants". obviously an attempt by the cop to trample on the rights of midgets everywhere. c'mon people. has it really come to this?

It's certainly not a SFPD department issue sticker, and you can see the EXACT SAME STICKER on cars of mall-shoppers all over the country.

To me, it proves the cop is a consumer and a slave, just like the rest of us. This is the best asset we have in struggle--even the police are facing the barrels of their own guns: they gotta pay rent and phone bills, they're subject (sic) to the same frustrating laws and police-state we're all subject to in this mess (or at least they're supposed to be).

Anyway, the point is, this **could be** just some honest, working cop who makes $32,400 a year and bought a sticker at the mall one saturday with his teenager, because everyone keeps hype-ing up this "big brother" thing. Shit. The cop might not have even read 1984 by George Orwell (and neither may have you!).

Or then again, this might be some Police Fraternity Member with an inside look at the illuminati and the pentagon's TIA who is sucking up to our future dictator in the hopes of winning a promotion.

It's been interesting to see all of the responses. Many of which were very valid and some not so valid. I loved the fabrication one, and i assure you that it is not a fabrication. That is one of the problems with our digital age though. Things like this can be done to deface someone. I did not fabricate it though, so i seen no good reason why i should blur the unit numbers out.
It is possible that he is on our side, whatever that may mean. That is highly unlikely though, as anyone who has actually had correspondence with most major city police forces would know.
The thing that many are forgetting is that a police officers log book is where he/she files their reporst, most of which are negative. This presents a problem to many claims that this guy is just putting a "non harmful" sticker on his book. Are we all forgetting that our police officers should be role models and they have a great responsibility to keep an unbiased and objective view on the situations they encounter.

I have friends who are cops, and have been on ride alongs with them. For your information, what you call a "log book" is actually what they call a "tag book". It's actually where they keep their blank traffic and parking tickets, and forms that they give to victims of crimes. And yes, their reports are negative, does anyone call the police to come out for something positive going on. Of course not, we only call them when something bad happens. I think that sticker is great, if anything it probably makes a statement that the officer is always being watched by "big brother". Constantly under the scrutiny of the public and those that he works for. Everything these guys and women do is put under the microscope. You really should stop criticizing a job that you wouldn't or couldn't do. They couldn't pay me enough to deal with what they have to put up with every day.

Sure it is. That's whay every day cops literally get away wth murder, robbery, rape, drug dealing and extortion, while innocent people like Antoine Goff languish in prison because the cops framed them.

The case of Mr. Goff and his associate are more an example of prescutroial misconduct than anything. The district attorney will often prosecute cases een though they are not sure of their facts in order to show the public that they are doing something about crime.

If you don't believe the police are under the microscope with everything they do, they try being one and you will see how it really is. People on this site think they know everything about the police, yet they don't really know what it is like to be a police officer. These guys do a job that none of us would want to do. They put their lives at risk for our safety. They are made to do societies "dirt work", a job which has long term detrimental affects to the psyche of these individuals. If any of you had to see the things that these men and women see on a daily basis, you would go running off to your therapist and go of on disability for the rest of your lives due to mental anguish. Yet these men and women have to see this stuff every day, go home to their families and try and leave work behind them, then come to work the next day and do it all over again. If you have the police so much, imagine a world without police. No you tell me if you would want to live in that kind of society. In a society with out police, criminals have free reign. Vigilante justice is the only justice. No you who cry for those who get long prison terms or the death penalty try and justify a world without police where vigilante justice is handed out on the street, without a trial or due process. That is the way it would be without police. Anarchy would reign. While some of you people on this site call out for anarchy, guess what, if anarchy came to be, you all would be cowering in your homes and communes begging for a return to the way things would be. The human beast needs order. Without order we are just animals, and as animals we would revert to our primitive instincts of defending our individual territory and fighting or killing those who we see as a threat. What your people do not see is that without order comes disorder, disease, and death. If that is what you want, go find your own little country and start your own nation of anarchy and see how long it lasts. Good luck you communist pigs!!!

That is not what I am saying at all. You assume he is innocent. I assume he is guilty. The Courts have not determined either. If he did not commit the crime of course he should not be in jail. I'm just saying maybe he is in fact a murderer and the time he spent behind bars may have saved lives. Lord knows Hallinan would never put a murderer behing bars...It's an "Anger management" problem according to Hallinan...LOL...LOL..LOL
