This realplayer clip (1.1mb) shows bush uttering a complete fabrication, yet he doesn't even know how stupid he looks. the priceless part is kofi annan looking off to the side when bush utters the big one, as if to say- 'OMG what a friggin moron'. needless to say the press conference was cut short as soon as bush ended his sentence.
