Inglewood police beating video

Police in Inglewood California decide to beat a 16 year old teenager for his fathers unregistered tags on his vehicle while parked at a petro station. This only two days and two miles away from a terrorist attack at the LA terminal on our post 911 fourth of july. The trial starts july 7 2003 and ends july 27 or so.
