If i remember correnctly this guy was claiming to be a voctin on abuse and the cop was taking his info down he was fliing charges against someone - I am pretty sure this is what was going on - not a fake cop senario - you have to be real carful when posting people pics up and claiming they are cops -

Spreading false information about someone to create division and paranoia is the oldest trick in the book, and was/is a key COINTELPRO tactic. Unless you KNOW -- honestly, 100%, "that asshole just grabbed someone and handed them to the cops," don't assume. Please. It just does their work for them.
