The video Clint Black didn't want you to see
Clint Black's "Iraq and I Roll" was the pro war anthem. Here's the version of the video he did not want anyone to see. Pass it on.

If he meant this to pro-war, he FAILED! I am appalled that anyone could think the death of any Iraqi civilian is acceptable. Shame on you, Clint Black. What can you expect of a redneck hick. I guess we can call him our weapon of bloated destruction.
All the new country out there sound like bad eagles songs.Stick to Johnny Cash man.
Hey nessie, are you at least getting laid out of all this activisim?

Nessie and Loki are on point in this one.
Most new country is tragically pop. Pop and fluff.
There's a passel of lame country jingo-pop.
For example, Toby Keith claims, "we'll put a boot in 'yer ass, it's the Amercian way!"
Stupid reactionary lyrics.
Sorry, Toby, you're not going to speak for me, we ain't using my damn boot and I'll have no part of it!
Or, Alan Jackson, " I watch CNN but I'm not sure I can tell you the difference in Iraq and Iran."
Again, no good. Maybe it's because he's watching too much CNN? Sounds to me like he's on the wrong channel!
Johnny Cash on the other hand, plethora of good lyrics and originality, "Well, I got a friend named whiskey Sam, he was my boonie rat buddy for a year in Nam, he said, ' I think my country got a little off track, took 'em twenty five years to welcome me back!"
When I think of country, I think Townes Van Zandt, Hank Williams, Bill Monroe, Johnny Cash, Charley Patton, Patsy Cline.
'Rednecks' are just like anybody and everybody on the most basic levels. They're people. People are people.
And most of the ones I've met are reasonable, intellegent people. Nessie's exactly right, you put Union working rural folks up against the system and they will fight hard. Think about all those coal mine strikes. Harlan County War.

It is shameful to place your images atop someone elses song. Time and talent created that song. Plagerism has destroyed what talent has built. If the song does not represent your sentiments then write and record your own song. Let see if you have the talent to attract an audience. Stealing anothers work and perverting it to your opinions represent the worst that this country has to offer. You are free to speak your mind - just use your own words.

You people are so stupid its not even funny. America is sticking aboot up they're ass. And listening to country music doesnt make you a redneck assholes. Agreed, a lot of popular country is rather poppy, for example: sugarland, keith urban, etc, etc. But, no one is forcing you to listen to it. And for the people that think the lyrics suck, get your head out of your ass. The lyrics are true. He's saying he would like peace, but if we didn't go to war, then they would still be pulling the same dumb shit. It's almost heartbreaking how Liberals are so consumed over tearing down Conservatives, that they don't take the time to shut the fuck up and actually think about whats going on. What I'm saying might make you mad and you may think it is stupid, but dont bother commenting how against me you are, because i won't be hawked over the computer checking if someone retaliated. :) I personally think that political opinions are horrible, and without them, i would probably be friends with some people. Oh well.
