by for the Oakland docks injuries
Am I reading this right? Did this agency instigate the police riot at the Oakland docks by identifying the event in advance as a collective act of domestic terrorism? Are they picking up the tab since they are at least partially responsible for the trial costs from lawsuits that will ensue?

Terrorism seems like a serious charge, not to be thrown around lightly, and the arrest deriving thereof requiring probable cause.

I saw Julius and Ethel Rosenberg's sons when I was in college, and I would like to see more than a sketch on a jello box, moving forward.
by right to privacy
Not to mention the heavy video surviellence in Sacto during the WTO protest, people were arrested for wearing face coverings because they did not want to be videotaped by the countless undercover feds/cops there invading the privacy of all the protesters..

If someone chooses to remain anonymous during a protest, don't throw them on the ground and rip their covering off. It is the right of the protester to remain anonymous in this era of perverted pornographer cops that toy with protesters video image. The facist police of Sacramento an their undercover child molester allies are using the footage of peaceful protesters to satisfy their own twisted perversions, yet they can still arrest protesters who wish to remain anonymous..
