Santa Clara Anti-Bush Protest
Nearly a thousand people protested U.S. President GW Bush as he spoke at United Defense Industries in Santa Clara.
Of course GW Bush saw little of the protesters. According to Associated Press writer Scott Lindlaw, "The hall was filled with a friendly audience of military personnel, United Defense staff and Republicans hand-picked by the California GOP."
