I've Stopped Posting to NYC IMC

NYC IMC lacks the manpower to remove these posts, but moderating at least the occasional would go along way in setting a constructive tone. In the meantime, I've stopped publishing to their newswire.

I simply lack hours in the day to attend their editorial collective meetings. I work and am active in pro-Palestinian group and attend protests and demonstrations. I prefer to devote my time to writing articles and making my primitive political cartoons rather than trying to fit time into an already hectic schedule for in-house NYC IMC meetings.

Well, I just wanted to thank SF IMC for all the hard work they do in moderating and setting a safe structure for all who post.

I'm actually not for censorship per se, but I've not the stamina to deal with a renewed deluge and massive flood of maliciousness from hawkish supporters of Israel, particularly when in their gunsights, literally and figuratively, are the ISM.

First, they dehumanize our peace activists and they murder them.

Not to step on any toes, but I am a bit disenchanted with some progressives. If any respect can be afforded Israelis it is that they stick together to protect their own. I actually haven't seen much protecting their brothers and sister activists from the NYC IMC collective judging by the lack of will to moderate against the daily, multiple, and onslaught posts against the ISM.
