Just wanted to include an update on whats going on with ligation against OPD's tactics.

On Monday a group of lawyers and folks from the port gathered to talk about options. Many options were put forth but no decision was made. One concern was that all the folks that might want to be apart of this decision wern't represented.
So if you were shot, tackled, pushed, shoved, ran over or other wise abused by the OPD at the port and are interested in joining the action give a call to the National Laweyers Guild (415) 282 9300. There is another meeting on Thursday and time is a factor.
Lets make sure this dosn't happen again!
