Dennis Kucinich is a Democrat and he has a long anti-abortion record, just recently changed to pro-choice in time for running for the Democratic Presidential nomination against Joe Lieberman. If you do not think this campaign is ridiculous just on that basis, remember:

(1) The Democrats exist to keep the Reds out of office. That is why Kucinich is running, even though he has no chance. He is trying to stop the growth of radical electoral parties, which are springing up like mushrooms nationwide.

(2) The Democratic Party is a capitalist party, and Dennis Kucinich supports capitalism, a bankrupt social order. To vote for a capitalist party if you are a worker (all of us who sell our labor for less than $70,000 per year), is to vote for your oppressor.

(3) Dennis Kucinich always votes for money for Israel and resolutions to support Ariel Sharon, the butcher of Palestine.

I have heard his slick speeches on KPFA and they are clearly well-prepared to divert radical votes to the Democratic Party, a capitalist party which by definition cannot and will not improve conditions in this bankrupt society.

If you do not find a socialist candidate on the ballot (there will be a socialist presidential candidate on the California ballot), then skip that position. Do not vote for any Democrats or any Republicans at any level of government. To vote for the Democrat-Republicans is to vote for your oppressor and your oppressive system, capitalism.
