Good luck, better yet, demand not only punitive and physical damages, but that the law breaking cops and their leaders be arrested and prosecuted!

It would also be a good time to have some legislation put forward that would make this kind of Police State Bull Crap much less likely, if not impossible to ever happen again.

We hope as you all are collecting, the photographs and video of injuries and police, behavior/ “illegal actions”, from that day, that you subpoena the police as well as the State and Federal Government for any and all items or information that they have pertaining to this shameful day of them by way of their employees the cops, firing into a benign group of peace and justice Activists, not ones wearing bullet proof vests, guns, helmets, and gas masks!

Yes, do the above, and please be sure to demand a trail which can have the truth come out as well as allowing for the possibility of twelve average citizens to be seated on a Jury, to decide as they so see fit, irregardless of the Judges instructions to the Jury, as they, the people of the Jury, is our Governments best hope for Justice, if they have not been brainwashed.

Remember, they who make the rules, rule. So make sure you have an equal authority on the rule making, or else!

Trust nothing, but the light of day!

if you were injured by the police on this or any other day, take pictures of your injuries, get examined by a professional for documentation, and keep a daily log of the symptoms you're experiencing and what those symptoms are keeping you from doing, in terms of things you would normally be able to do, but now that you've had your ass beat or shot or...plus, if you've been injured at a protest and need bodywork or other care, contact me. i'm trying to put folks back on the street, pro-bono. so is the upaya center in oakland.
