No rocks thrown at docks; Police Review Board Meeting
no rocks or bottles thrown at docks, says aide to Vice Mayor of Oakland; Citizens Police Review Board meets April 10 6 p.m.
Joel Tena, an aide to Vice Mayor Nancy Nadel (West Oakland-Downtown), said police opened fire on protesters at least twice along Middle Harbor Road and Seventh Street.
Tena said he was sent to the protest by Nadel to be an observer.
"At no time did I see protesters act in a provocative way or throw any projectile, rock, bolt or slab of concrete," he said.

In the meantime, the Citizens Police Review Board in Oakland is having a regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, April 10, at 6 p.m., City Hall, in the council chambers. They expect to have many people talking about the docks during the open forum. Why not head on down?
