Can we have Blair, Howard and Elizabeth Windsor arrested?

by Peter Ravenscroft (raven [at] samford.net)
Can we send Blair, Howard and Elizabeth Windsor to the Hague for trial for war crimes ?
Tam Dalyell, Father of the House of Commons in Britain, (that seems to be an official title - anyway he’s the longest-serving member, been there 41 years) believes on strong legal advice that, since Britain is a signatory to the International Criminal Court, his Prime Minister should be tried for war crimes. Australia is also a signatory. The USA is not, so we probably cannot get Bush on this.

Elizabeth Windsor is the legal head of state of both Britain and Australia and sent the troops off with her personal encouragement. She is not above international criminal law, as far as I know, and if that is correct she cannot avoid responsibility for the war crimes they may have committed.

Does anyone out there have the expertise to do the legal work to get this rolling? What do we have to do? Is this already underway?

Next, does anyone want to run a chat group on this, to get enough people and expertise together for this? We can simply ignore the inevitable abusive emails, and get on with it.

Blair and Howard are of some importance to Bush. If these two can be deposed, it may throw a spanner in the crankcase of the USS Oilwar.

Anyone for tennis ?
