4/7 SF Military Planes Terrorize the City

by San Francisco Voter
At 1 p.m. on Monday, April 7, 2003, illegally low-flying military jets terrorized the busy downtown shopping and business area of San Francisco with its horrifying roar from the Bay over the stinking gambling racket known as professional baseball at the worthless stadium, for which we taxpayers pay, even though it is supposedly privately owned.
At 1 p.m. on Monday, April 7, 2003, illegally low-flying military jets terrorized the busy downtown shopping and business area of San Francisco with its horrifying roar from the Bay over the stinking gambling racket known as professional baseball at the worthless stadium, for which we taxpayers pay, even though it is supposedly privately owned.

This illegal, horrifying nightmare is just a small taste of what the people of Iraq are experiencing 24 hours a day so the same fascist, wasteful gang of murderers, the Nazi USA's military, can make possible the oil profits that the oil companies desire.

Considering San Francisco has at least 1 million people in town on a weekday, with most people concentrated in the downtown area near the baseball stadium, and the stadium itself seats about 43,000 people, which it probably had on this opening day, the danger and criminality is that much greater.

This whole stinking spectacle was to glorify war while wasting our tax dollars and oil and making terrible noise, and it was all completely illegal over a densely populated city. There was absolutely nothing thrilling about it at all.

This baseball stadium, the first of the two stadium swindles promoted by that stinking fascist, anti-tenant, organized crime, election-frauding thug, "mayor" Willie Brown, in March 1996, is ostensibly privately owned, but like everything else costs us money in terms of city services for it, as Willie Brown admitted after the election. This stadium swindle was supported by the Democratic and Republican Central Committees, Willie Brown, all of the leading candidates for mayor, including Tom Ammiano and Angela Alioto, and all other elected officials from San Francisco at that time. It has not brought any prosperity to San Francisco at all. It merely promotes the gambling racket known as professional baseball, on the few days of the year that it is here. The other days, the city has to scramble to find entertainment to fill this boondoggle.

The other stadium swindle, the 49er Stadium Swindle election of June 3, 1997, was also supported by the same people and organizations ( Ammiano was against it on election day and has since returned to his original position of being for it, with a $100 million bond limit), and was notorious for its election fraud as we voted 70% against it, and the vote was recorded as 50.2% "yes." The latest on Willie Brown's and the Democratic Party's election fraud is in today's SF Chronicle, Matier & Ross, 4/7/03 at:
http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?file=/chronicle/archive/2003/04/07/BA177362.DTL

Pertinent paragraphs:
"Just when things are quieting down at San Francisco's Elections Department, there comes word that a midlevel manager is about to get the ax for allegedly padding the payroll with phantom poll workers. "

"And from what we've heard, at least a half dozen of the ghost workers were the manager's relatives -- including her daughters. "

"Sources say Lula Jackson, who for a time was in charge of poll workers for the entire city, has been ordered to appear at a formal administrative hearing on Friday to answer fraud allegations. "

"Sources say a review of records going back three election cycles found that six of Jackson's relatives, along with at least one neighbor, had received multiple checks -- each averaging about $200 -- for supposedly serving as poll workers. "

"Our sources say that with the exception of one of Jackson's daughters -- who curiously was paid $600 for what was two separate jobs on one day -- there's no evidence that any of the others actually worked. "

"Jackson reportedly told her bosses that her relatives were all "stand by" workers -- or back-ups -- yet no records were found, sources say. "

"All this comes just as City Hall was starting to get over the nationally watched firing of Elections Department chief Tammy Haygood. "

"Haygood had been accused of overspending her budget by several million dollars. Her dismissal set off a political and legal firestorm -- including the twist that she needed the city's new health benefits to help pay her partner's post sex-change expenses. "

"Acting Elections Department chief John Arntz declined to comment on this latest case against Jackson, describing it as a confidential "personnel matter. " "

"Neither Jackson nor union officials representing her returned repeated phone calls. "

"But City Hall sources tell us the case first came to light last summer when someone showed up at Chief Administrative Officer Bill Lee's office asking about a poll worker's check he'd received -- even though he hadn't worked in any city elections. "

"The mystery check was turned over to the city attorney's office, which opened an investigation -- one that eventually could become a criminal case. "

"As it happens, Jackson -- who has worked for the department for five years - - was put in charge of poll workers citywide in March 2002. "

"Since then, Jackson has moved on to become the department's $53,714-a-year disability coordinator. "

"But she hasn't been working lately. She's out on disability -- with a bad back. "

The same article ends with these words about the 780,000 people of San Francisco, from the criminally insane, illegally installed "mayor" Willie Brown who sits in office with 9 months to go with 40% of the vote plus election fraud and now only 20% support:
"Someone told me they're bringing 20,000 therapists to San Francisco for a convention. I said I have 780,000 patients for them. Can you handle them?"

Willie Brown was considered a "liberal" before he became mayor, although his voting record in the Assembly on landlord-tenant issues, as well as his position on gambling and supporting the tobacco industry was utterly reactionary.

Do not ever vote for any Democrat or any Republican at any level of government.

You are seriously nuts. Really. Is that all you have to worry about? Jets flying over the city? I live near an international airport and hear planes fly over my house EVERY DAY. ALL DAY. Should I rant about how my sleep is ruined by the capitalistic hoards that travel by air? Sould I rave about the government that allows Fed-Ex to fly packages in their huge planes? No, I have more important things to do with my time like read the internet and shake my head at nuts like you. Get over yourself and adjust your tinfoil hat, it is slipping.

Military planes can fly at any altitude anywhere - even low over a major city. It is not illegal. Stop trying to practice law as you are not a lawyer, but just another misinformed journalist who should be pied.

Military planes have a floor of 300ft, but if you've seen it, it always looks much lower. This is a military regulation. Exceptions for war zones of course.

“but like everything else costs us money in terms of city services for it”. And in that everything would include the protests, the major difference is PacBell Park bring in revenue to the SF Treasury, the protests don’t.
