not one of you fuckers answered the question.

typical.

and you can take your right wing, fascist, racist, ignorant, gun humping, two bit worthless beliefs and stick them up your ass and pull the trigger.

the hate you have for the world will pay you back in kind.

Because you're hitting them where it hurts. Keep it up, Oakland!

you ask why? i was asking myself that after the action... the best explanation i can think of is the ILWU blockade of west coast ports last year. the news media went on and on about how the blockade was costing the U.S. economy hundreds of millions of dollars a day. i assume, the oakland PD vowed after that that no one would ever shut down the docks again. and what they were doing to us today was getting that point across to us.

god... i still can't believe it. i've got two kids in my cluster in the hospital one with a severely broken hand and another with possible internal injuries from a blast in the gut... i've never seen anything like this. and the explanation i gave above shouldn't be taken to mean that i think this wasn't one of the stupidest things the OPD has ever doen, even from their point of view.

amazing. just amazing.

ok. i don't care who you are, firing on people in the back is *illegal*. and you right-wing fuckers are no better than nazis if you don't see that. put your goddam sheets back in the closet. take the cross of the lawn.

enough about the armchair neo-fascist cheerleaders (who no doubt cracked open a beer and slapped a knee when they saw Rodney King get the shit kicked outa him)...i know someone who had a concussion granade explode above her head, and has a huge welt on her head from it, thankfully she's not in the hospital. i saw several huge bloody swollen injuries like the one on this site, including several folks with multiple injuries. i saw round after round after round of concussion granades fires at *retreating protestors* who were forming a moving, *legal* picket line. jerry brown needs to resign. period. george w. needs to resign. period. ditto for cheney, rumsfeld, wolfowitz, and yes, powell and condy too. betta quit 'fore you get brought to the hague, ok? ok...y'all can't run 4evah...

the lines are being drawn. which side are *you* on?

You ask why? Because you are dealing with violent cops who deal with violence everyday. Because we did not move when we were told....be honest everyone. Because we thought we were in San Francisco where cops never hurt us....lets go back! No more protest in Oakland ok.

I thought we were in Iraq to stop their regime from doing this to their people. I guess bullies and despots are the same everywhere.
Just like in Iraq, if the powers that be don't like what you're saying they take you out and shoot you.
I think we need a regime change here.

I think its great that you are demonstrating. Its shocking that the police is reacting the way they are, through shooting at demonstraters, but hey, whats new? I am norwegian, and i want you to know that you got my support to keep on demonstrating in a peaceful way. And yeah, Bush and his friends should resign now! Bush is coming to Norway at the end of May , and he is going to get major demonstrations against him, when he land on norwegian soil. Keep it up!

Nearly everyone's been shot in the back (or side of the face). Neat circles. They were targeted, not a glancing blow. Just like Iraq.

PLEASE, we can do this. Shut down the ports, the streets, the war. Work to rule at least, catch some extra colds (tell your boss you think you might have SARS). Do what you can.

How much danger can the police have been in when the vast majority of these wood pellet injuries were sustained on the BACKS of protestors running away? i would like the police to consider that many progressive healthcare workers like myself will have second, third and fourth thoughts about ever treating injured police officers during any episode of civil or labor unrest -- or their family members for that matter. these photos tell the real truth. those in power willing to kill innocents abroad who stand in their way will not long hesitate to kill those of us here who stand in their way either. thugs are just that: thugs.

It's well known that protestors ALWAYS run BACKWARDS at Police lines so they cann be shot in the back and then claim Police brutality.

Thst's how cunning and devious these lying conniving bastards who protest about war are.

"the ILWU blockade of west coast ports last year"

There was no ILWU blockade, not even a strike. The workers were locked out by PMA, the management of the ports.
My civil rights law firm is representing people hurt in the Oakland Port protest on 4/7, and we are currently searching for witnesses who saw these individuals get shot:

1) the woman with long blond hair who was shot in the neck/chin (her picture with a "golfball" sized lump was published widely in newspapers and on the internet -- she was in the vicinity of the SSA driveway); and

2) an independent journalist, wearing press passes on his chest, who was shot in his hand as he was holding a video camera and filming the police (he was near the APL driveway at about the 300 block of Maritime).

If you have any information concerning these individuals, please contact me. Thanks, Michael Haddad, Haddad & Sherwin (510/ 622-7788)
