Dear Attorney,

There is a group of litigants in Solano County who are complaining about Commissioner Chew and Hait and other commissioners/judges. We are working to make a change in the courts and will have a website to list bad judges/commissioners/attorneys and other activities. The California Judicial Accountability Conference provides a way, J.A.I.L., to take away Judicial Immunity, to stop Judicial Immunity Abuse; the abuse of power, privilege, cronyism and dictatorship that judges and commissioners enjoy. Attorneys also who benefit from Judicial Immunity Abuse must be stopped. It is obvious that good attorneys are negatively affected by how disheartening the discrimination, bias and other unlawful practices affect their cases. We must not tolerate this!

The public and outspoken attorneys have already lost faith in “the system” that will fall under the weight of corruption. Already attorneys such as Linda Kennedy in Vermont regularly speak out against court corruption on her regular internet-radio show, HotSeat4Judges (http://www.CrusadeRadio.com) along with attorney Gary Zerman. These people are to be commended and given our support.

Whatever your political affiliation, religious belief, culture, income level, sex, etc. does not matter regarding J.A.I.L. J.A.I.L. stands for Judicial Accountability Initiative that would hold Judges Accountable for their actions by the public who are chosen by a lottery system, to sit on statewide grand juries for no more than one year. These grand juries would NOT be chosen by a Presiding Judge; in fact, under J.A.I.L., these grand juries would NOT have ANY governmental oversight, rather, the public would be empowered to act as Government. The fate of bad judges would be decided by the public, and so all the problems we now face would be interrupted and stopped in their tracks. No bad judges means no bad attorneys to reap the benefits of favoritism, bias, etc. This initiative is not to be confused with any other initiative that naïvely puts the statewide grand juries back in the hands of Judges. This is the JAIL4Judges J.A.I.L. Initiative that can be found at: http://www.JAIL4Judges.org, developed after years of experience and is the original statewide grand jury initiative. (Read more about the history of J.A.I.L. at the JAIL4Judges website).

This is your chance to make a change in the courts, and we need your participation! These conferences do not come around every day, and we need to build a strong coalition of J.A.I.L. supporters. If you “let someone else do it” then you get to be stuck with the same problems, affecting your career, and our society. Don’t wait! Let’s get things changed with a strong coalition.
Remember, Sunday, April 20, Holiday Inn Select, 1350 Holiday Lane, Fairfield, CA. Please RSVP ($35, $50/couple) so that the caterer knows how much food to prepare, etc. Ticket information is on the conference website: http://www.icsn.info. Please help us make this conference a success. With your support, more conferences/activities can be organized.

Sincerely,

Suzanne LeBoeuf, California Associate JAILer-In-Chief, http://www.JAIL4Judges.org, conference organizer: http://www.icsn.info , (707) 425-4124, P.O. Box 2965, Fairfield, CA 94533.
