We have heard and read all about this Nazi rally on this website and in the local rag, the San Francisco Chronicle. All have preserved the record that a Nazi rally was held in San Francisco on March 29, 2003, among whose participants was Supervisor Tony Hall, a friend of the fascist European-American Forum, staunchly anti-abortion, and proud representative of District 7, representing the ruling class enclave of St. Francis Woods and its upper middle class lackeys (with apologies to the small group of progressive renters and homeowners) in the Outer Sunset.

Tony Hall is officially decline-to-state (no party).

Missing from this rally only because they are political opportunists, being good Democrats, are staunchly pro-war Willie Brown, Gavin Newsom, Dianne Feinstein, Barbara Boxer, Nancy Pelosi, Tom Lantos and all others who support these politicians and/or who have voted for any part of George Bush's pro-war, pro-Israel , and anti-civil liberties program.

Every legislator who supports Israel, as all the Democrats and Republicans at all levels of government do, belong with this Nazi crowd, as the pro-war crowd is by definition support of the US puppet state, military base protecting US oil profits in the Middle East, namely Israel.

Anybody who opposed the excellent 9th Circuit decision tossing the illegal pledge of allegiance for violating the First Amendment mandated separation of Church and State, and practically all of the federal legislators did, including Barbara Lee, belong at this Nazi rally, supporting our current Christian fundamentalist, warmongering fascist state.

If anybody thinks fascism is not possible in San Francisco, now you know it is. We just had a Nazi rally where the pro-war, pro-Israel, pro-theocratic state ideology of the fascist US federal government was openly support.

It looks as though 200 people showed up. Very impressive indeed.

Not bad - I was there as a counter-demonstrator, but didn't see that sign that sez: "Anyone who resists U.S. will is a terrorist." Good score.

However, there are a couple of points to raise: firstly, why was there no footage of the counter-demo? It would have been most entertaining to see footage of real foaming-at-the-mouth, war-supporting American patriots in their natural state. And secondly, the "March 28, 2003" was a little overused.

In regard to there being almost 200, well actually, it was more like about 90 and the others that were there were mostly media, people passing by who came over to see what was going on, people already in the park and tourists.
