CALIFORNIA JUDICIAL ACCOUNTABILITY CONFERENCE

by Suzanne LeBoeuf (icsn2202 [at] yahoo.com)
Are Judges Gods who can do no wrong? Should we leave our Courts to the Judges to decide how court cases are ruled? Are you in court and can't afford an attorney (and maybe you don't trust them anyway?), and do you hope upon hope that you will be treated fairly in court? Are you being represented by a Public Pretender who is doing you a Dis-Service? Does your common sense tell you something is wrong with how the Courts operate? Read on!
STOP JUDICIAL IMMUNITY ABUSE!

STOP BLACK-ROBED CRIME!

How many of your friends have been arrested for protesting the war in Iraq? How many people have had their bank accounts raided, property seized and children taken away from them and feel helpless to do anything about it? The Courts are ruled by Judges who answer to more Judges. What happens when you believe that your Judge has ruled unfairly? Have you ever tried complaining or changing your legal strategy to no avail? Have you become exhausted fighting a case that does not bring justice according to Common Law? Have you completely given up?

We have an answer for holding Judges Accountable, and this will straighten out all other aspects of the Courts across the land. It is the J.A.I.L. Initiative (Judicial Accountability Initiative Law), that would give The People oversight of the Judges by Statewide Grand Juries. No Presiding Judge would pick who would sit on the Statewide Grand Juries. Make no mistake, this is the J.A.I.L. Initiative, not to be confused with “watered-down versions” of other copycat statewide grand jury initiatives.

Come hear experienced insiders speak about the Courts; attorneys, a former FAA investigator and the author of the J.A.I.L. Initiative and founder of JAIL4Judges. See the bios of the speakers at the conference website (http://www.icsn.info).

The California Judicial Accountability Conference will take place Sunday, April 20 (Easter), in Fairfield, California. Tickets are on sale: $35 each-$50/couple. Complete details can be found on the conference website: http://www.icsn.info. JAIL4Judges is sponsoring the conference to raise funds for the passage of the J.A.I.L. Initiative.
