Vicepresident Dick Cheney used to be head of the board of the oil-industry supplier Halliburton.
Securitycouncel Condoleezza Rice, after which even an oil-vessel has been named, had been working for Chevron for a long time.
G.W.B. used to (?) have excellent connections to Enron-Boss Kenneth Lay (likes to call him Kenny Boy)

These are refueling stations where fuel is stored for vehicles, and nicknames at that. This is the same thing as if the protesters erected a folding table on 5th and Market, stocked it full of food, and called it "Forward Base Rainbow Co-Op."

Apparently your problem is that you think you're the only person who has figured it all out, and that everyone else is plodding around in this world without a sense of humor, irony, or sarcasm.
