false arrest on 3-22

On the 22 of March at around 6:45 I was chased, beaten down, arrested and booked by the SFPD for what I thought was a public urination charge. Little did I know at the time the police either out of the blue or in a case of mistaken identity charged me with a felony (attempted assault with a deadly weapon). Apparently I was able to materialize a bottle and throw it at the police while I was being hit in the back of the head and legs by god knows how many billy clubs. While the beat down was in progress a bottle was thrown that smashed on the helmets of the officers. Now, I am not sure if this is the bottle they are accusing me of throwing or if they mistook me for someone who was throwing bottles earlier (I did not see or hear anything thrown at the police prior to my arrest).
Myself and the people I was with were about ready to leave when I made the huge mistake of relieving myself in the entrance to the Muni station. I turned around to notice a group of about 15 riot police coming down the stairs after me and like any decent creature on this planet I began to run.
Although I am not by any means affiliated with the anarchists or the blackblockers I was wearing all black that day by coincidence. I believe this may have been a contributing factor as to why I was targeted seeing as there were numerous people in the same area commiting the same crime (pissing in the Muni station).
I am absolutely stunned by the charges brought against me and appauled that a couple people's harsh, unfounded decisions could turn my life upside down. My family and I have already payed thousands of dollars for bail and a lawyer and will most likely have to pay thousands more.
