falsely arrested on thursday the 22

at about 6:45 on saturday the 22 of march i was chased, beat down, stepped on, taken away and booked by the sfpd for what i thought was a public urination offense. little did i know at the time they had either congered up or mistook me for someone who had thrown a bottle and charged me with a felony(attempted assault with a deadly weapon). the only bottles that i was aware of at the time were the ones that were thrown as i was being detained. i don't know if they are trying to pin that on me or if there were other bottles thrown before that.
myself and the people i was with were about ready to leave when i made the huge mistake of relieving myself in the entrance to the muni station on market and fifth. i turned around to find about fifteen riot cops running down the stairs after me and like any other decent creature on this planet i turned and ran (which was also a big mistake). although not affiliated by and means with the anarchists or blackblockers i had happened to put on all black that day. i believe my choice of clothing may have had something to do with the cops targeting me seeing as there were numerous people in the area doing the same thing as i was (pissing in the muni station).
this whole situation is absolutely insane to me. i am a peaceful person that would never think about hurting another human being. if anyone has any information that could help me please, please, please contact me as soon as possible. my court date is on thursday the 27th at 8:30. thank you.
