Alternative Action - Whip up the Winds!

Here's something good to do I wanted to throw out there to all of you. The more people who do this, the better.

Right now a massive sandstorm is interfering with the ability of the US military to launch it's assult on Iraq.

Let's put together a massive wave of meditation to focus mental energy on the wind, to intensify the storm, to clog jet turbines and oil filters with sand particles and stop laser targeting systems in their tracks.

Let's concentrate our energy on Mother Nature and on peace as a way of preparing for the more active actions coming up all too soon. Let's ground ourselves in the notion that we, are all connected as people to this Earth.

I bet there are a lot of people in Iraq right now praying that this sandstorm continues and intensfies. Let's join them, and focus on that connection as well, as people.

Let's focus on peace, and acting against war from a place of peace.

It might sound a little weird and conceptual. I'm a pretty hard-nosed engineer and I think it's a good idea though. After all, scientists have proven that meditation and prayer can help heal the sick - even if they don't know people are thinking about them.

At the very least, it can help us all get centered with our friends and loved ones before heading into the thick of it.
