Protesters are still being held

by Sal S.
At Least 3 M16 protesters are still being held on mocked up charges Please Let Us Unite to get them out
The San Francisco Police and Sheriff department today are holding at least three protesters from the sf M15 break away march in Jail. They have bogus charges being held against them at this time. They are not being treated properly either. Please call the SF DAs office to tell them that SF PD is holding people on trumped up charges right now. Also call the PD and ask for their charges to be dropped. ONCE Again there are currently protest from M15

>you just look stupid

shit-talking is an ancient form of psychological operations. i don't know if you're working for the SFPD, the CIA, or whatever...but if you are, this indybay reader would like to say that your monitoring, snooping and other tactics are without my consent. How do other indybay readers feel?

Hey, I was held with the people who are still in jail, and am being charged with battery on an officer because allegedly i tossed a smoke bomb and it hit the officer, and delaying arrest, which basically means i ran.
Some friends passed a hat around and got me out on bail, and if no one else got out on bail, then there should be 4 people still in jail, 3 males, and one female.
One person is being charged with $50,000 worth of vandalism (the same amount that the chronicle reported all the other breakaway marches put together cost) and for possession of marijuana, even though he has a medical permit for it.
Another protester has medication that the cops refused to give it to him. I'm pretty sure i remember that they are actually charging him with a felony possession of a narcotic because he had his medication on him, and i guess they couldn't tell that it was medication and not drugs.
I think 3 of the people in jail are also being charged with battery of an officer, and a couple other charges.
I dont really want to type out the details of arrests, just because im not a lawyer and i dont know what could be used in court or anything, but the charges are really ridiculous.
I know this is really short notice, but if anyone wants to come by, my arraignment hearing is tomorrow (Monday) at 8:30 am, at 850 Bryant, dept M19.
