Warren Langley, a retired Lt. Colonel in the Air force and former president and Chief Operating Officer for the Pacific Stock Exchange was interviewed by Dennis Bernstein, March 15, 2003.  Mr. Langley discussed why he participated in civil disobedience Friday, and his recent awakening as an activist.
